About Forest & Landscape Denmark

Forest & Landscape Denmark is a national centre for research, education, consultancy and outreach within forestry, urbanism, landscape architecture and planning.

Forest & Landscape Denmark has a close collaboration with the Ministry of the Environment and the municipalities. This involves on-going close dialogue at multiple levels with the Ministry and municipalities and inspiration for research projects with direct application to questions and problems within this area.

The centre is a collaboration between The Department of Geosciences and Natural Resource Management (IGN) and Department of Food and Resource Economics (IFRO) at the University of Copenhagen.

The head of the centre is Claus Beier
